| Since
1959, when Tom Hughes began his construction business in Yakima, the Hughes
family has earned a reputation as a leader in the home building industry.
DH Construction & Development, Inc. has built over 500 homes throughout
Central Washington. Three generations have dedicated themselves to doing
only one thing and doing it well - building quality residences for families.
From elaborate homes to more modest plans perfect for the first-time
homeowner, DH Construction homes share one common denominator — an uncompromising
attention to detail. As a contractor with over 40 years in the residential
construction business, we have developed a reputation as a premier homebuilder
with a commitment to quality and integrity. Whether we are chosen as the construction company who is building your
first new home or your long-awaited dream home, our goal is to provide
the best value possible without sacrificing the quality you expect in
your new home.
We have many different plans to choose from, with homes ranging in size
from 1550 to 2800 square feet, from modest and practical, to spacious
and luxurious. You can choose your neighborhood from several of our very
attractive and livable subdivisions in Yakima’s picturesque West
Valley, or we can build on any property you have purchased in the Yakima
Valley.
Currently we are building homes in the Cottonwood Grove development.
Future developments include Crown Crest, Crown Point, and Anderson Park,
all in West Valley neighborhoods within Yakima County.
DH Construction also offers a number of single-family homes and duplex
rentals located in the West Valley area of Yakima. Built in quiet residential
neighborhoods in 2007, these duplexes are perfect for small families with
two or three bedrooms. Children would attend West Valley School District
schools.
If your family needs storage for household goods, look no further than
All Safe Storage, a sister company of DH Construction. You can be assured
that the same attention we put into building homes will be put into keeping
your goods stored safely. |
